Hello Reader,

It's another beautify and very hot week...the perfect time for our entire home's air conditioning system to decide it has had enough.

So, I've been in search of cool activities that take minimal effort...

No...not that 🀣🀣🀣

I was thinking more along the lines of coloring!

Maybe you just need a little break from the hectic pace or something to keep them off the screens for a bit. Grab a free coloring page!

IN THE SHOP

Today's highlighted shop item is our top seller and the best way I can think of to fit more creativity into your week...Craft Flashcards!!! And the added benefit is that there are no screens involved.

TODAY'S FREEBIE

I figured that I'd start you out with a brand new set of coloring pages not yet published...

Here are a few tips for maximizing your experience with using coloring pages:

  • Break the crayons to practice a mature grasp
  • Tape the pages to a wall or under a kid-sized table to improve core, shoulder, arm and wrist strength
  • For little ones learning to stay in the lines, glue around the outside edge and let it dry before coloring in
  • Don't just stick to crayons and markers. Add other elements like cotton, sand, stickers, tissue paper, etc.
  • Turn the coloring page into a mosaic by gluing in place torn piecees of paper or tissue paper squares.
  • Take the activity outside.
  • Go around the edges with glue and sprinkle on salt. Once it dries, use water colors on the salt.

TRENDING CRAFTS (COLORING PAGES)

Instead of a list of crafts today, I want to highlight some coloring pages that you can grab. If you just want to browse around, you can find the entire selection HERE.

I finally finished coloring pages for every single letter of the alphabet too. They're a great way to introduce a new letter and begin to interact with it.

What is a very loud color?
